Job Description
Reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient, effective, and safe manufacturing of product
- Improving manufacturing processes
- Troubleshooting plant processes
- Supporting product and process commercialization
- Developing continuous improvement initiatives and supporting implementation
- Identifying downtime causes and suggesting solutions
- Working closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow, pumping, piping, instrumentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
