We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Chemical Operations team at our Bend, OR site. The role involves defining and optimizing chemical manufacturing processes, updating SOPs and batch records, and specifying equipment needs. The engineer will lead new product launches by designing trials, analyzing data, and establishing process parameters aligned with safety, quality, and efficiency goals. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with process validation tools, and familiarity with process safety management, lab testing, and troubleshooting automation systems.
