Job Description
- Evaluate and analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to machinery, equipment, or process flow.
- Work with maintenance teams to identify and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Design and develop new processes or modify existing ones to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Work with the quality control team to ensure that manufacturing processes meet industry standards.
- Ensure that all processes are compliant with local and international safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
