The Process Engineer supports manufacturing operations by developing and implementing methods to improve efficiency, yields, and quality.
Responsibilities include project planning, executing process and quality improvements, managing preventive maintenance, and documenting processes.
They coordinate validation activities, provide technical guidance during new product launches, and manage capital equipment procurement, installation, and startup.
They may redesign equipment for safety, reliability, and cost reduction, and supervise part of the Needle assembly team.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
Proficiency in SAP/MES, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Office is desired.
Must ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
