Process Engineer – (with Lead experience)
This candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating our manufacturing processes. This includes providing and determining a manufacturing method within the company's capabilities, estimating production times, operation routing, and overall manufacturing efficiency. This effective communicator must have good business judgement, be able to make sound decisions in a timely manner, and always be on the lookout for ways to improve performance and efficiency on the job.
The educational requirements are a 4 year mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering degree or a minimum of 7 years related experience. A combination of a 2 year associates degree (mechanical/Industrial/manufacturing engineering) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. We require the related experience to be in a machine shop utilizing CNC milling machine tools and must be proficient in CNC programming, Solid Works, Assembly Techniques, Laser welding, Etching & Cutting.
