Our client is seeking a motivated Process Engineer in Corvallis, Oregon to ensure efficient operation of thin-film electronic devices and sensors fabrication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed lab notebooks documenting activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting tool operation and ensuring process repeatability.
- Accurately complete run logs and data entry.
- Follow SOPs strictly and perform preventive maintenance and calibration.
- Provide feedback for process improvements and learn to operate equipment proficiently.
- Apply the scientific method to optimize processes, uphold quality and safety standards, and participate in special projects.
- Conduct process audits and monitor consumables.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of process engineering experience.
- Associate's degree or higher in engineering, science, or related fields.
- Knowledge of automated/semi-automated process tools, especially in thin-film electronics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with effective communication.
- Willingness to work various shifts, overtime, and pass a drug test.
