Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgetary and economic analyses, ensuring strategic implementation of operating programs. Provide vital technical support for compliance with regulatory and safety programs. Tackle challenges related to production, safety, environmental impact, and quality, while navigating cultural dynamics. You will also lead efforts in designing efficient chemical processes, selecting appropriate equipment, and coordinating project development, including scaling up new products. Your role includes training, supervising technicians, and fostering innovative solutions within budgetary constraints to sustain a safe and forward-thinking work environment.
