Work Model:
What You Will Do:- Improve production processes, material flow, quality, and efficiency in partnership with operations
- Lead process improvement projects from design through implementation
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; identify root causes and implement solutions
- Support equipment upgrades, repairs, and installation, including contractor coordination
- Monitor reliability, performance, and maintenance spending against budget
- Develop and maintain process documentation (P&IDs, BFDs, SOPs) and quality checkpoints
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality to implement safe, compliant process improvements
- Provide technical support, training, and best practices to operations teams
- Evaluate and validate process changes, system upgrades, and new ideas
- Support risk assessments, safety standards, and Safe Feed/Safe Food requirements
What You Will Need to Be Successful:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering
- At least 3 years of process engineering or related experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting processes or equipment
