They offer a strong culture of ownership, professional development, and career growth.Job DescriptionLead/participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety. Perform time studies and line balancing. 3D modeling for the design of plant floor layouts and setup of new machine cells. Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed. Work cross-functionally with Quality and Product Engineering to support new product launches, perform PFMEAs, and address production issues. Play a key role on APQP team, ensuring feasibility and quality of manufacturing new products. Experience leading and/or participating in continuous improvement projects. Comfortable/familiar in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Familiarity with ISO9001 standards and regulations. Exposure to new product launch projects, including APQP is a plus. Safety background. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.What's on OfferBase salary $75,000-$90,000 depending on level of experience. Discretionary annual bonus based on personal metrics and company performance. Health coverage through BCBS. 2 weeks PTO, after 5 years everyone is at 4 weeks PTO. 3% 401(k) match.
