Optimize PTFE compounding, extrusion, and related manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. Analyze manufacturing data, identify trends, and use insights to drive process stability, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness. Troubleshoot production challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to execute cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Apply Lean Six Sigma tools, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce scrap and downtime. Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and process innovations that enhance manufacturing performance and support future growth. Qualificationsarrow_right Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, or related discipline). 5-8 years of manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience in a production environment. Proven project management experience leading process improvement, capital, automation, or operational excellence initiatives. Strong manufacturing background with hands-on experience optimizing production processes, equipment, and workflows. Highly data-driven with demonstrated experience using KPIs, SPC, DOE, process capability studies, and analytical problem-solving tools to make decisions. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PFMEA, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across multiple departments.
