Job TitleManufacturing Process EngineerJob DescriptionDevelop and establish manufacturing processes for new and existing jobs. Interpret engineering drawings and translate them into effective production processes. Review and process job orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before release to the floor. Serve as a liaison between engineering and shop floor teams to ensure proper execution. Investigate and resolve discrepant material issues (DMRs), including root cause analysis. Support quoting and estimating activities for incoming work. Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across production workflows. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards in a controlled manufacturing environment.The Successful ApplicantHands-on process engineer with prior experience in gear manufacturing. Proven ability to develop and implement manufacturing processes in a custom or job shop environment. Strong understanding of interpreting engineering drawings and translating them into production workflows. Experience working closely with shop floor teams to ensure execution, quality, and efficiency. Familiar with handling job orders and resolving production issues, including discrepant materials. Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder due to regulatory requirements.Preferred: Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing. Experience supporting quoting or estimating activities. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $110000 to $140000 USD annually. 22 total days off.
