NEOTech, an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, is hiring a Process Engineer I at our Chatsworth facility. You'll own Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects that move real numbers - KPIs, yield, and P&L - not slide-deck theory.

If you've run 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, or root cause analysis on a live production floor and want your work tied directly to business results, this role puts you at the center of it.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Kaizen and transformation events that deliver measurable KPI and P&L improvements
• Lead continuous improvement projects across Chatsworth operations - from scoping through implementation and sustainment
• Provide hands-on technical and process support on the production floor; troubleshoot issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Improve manufacturing techniques and process capability, maximizing efficiency and yield at low cost while protecting quality
• Build process flows, business process requirements, and operating equipment specifications
• Drive issues to closure through project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Report project status and results to leadership through clear, data-driven PowerPoint presentations
