Process Engineer


Adecco


Adecco is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting metal stamping and forming processes, implementing new equipment and processes, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities


+ Support production processes, including metal stamping and forming operations.

+ Develop and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation.

+ Identify and implement process, tooling, and equipment improvements.

+ Lead and support process validations, risk assessments, and PFMEA activities.

+ Support new equipment installation, qualification, and process transfers.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, productivity, and operational performance.

+ Assist with preventive maintenance programs and equipment troubleshooting.

+ Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications


+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

+ 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with process development, DOE, PFMEA, and process validation activities.

+ Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.

+ Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP requirements, and OSHA regulations.

+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


Preferred Experience


+ Metal stamping, metal forming, and tooling.

+ Electro-mechanical equipment, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled systems.

+ Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
