Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of engineering tools utilized in process development
- Goal oriented and solutions driven
- Focus on process qualification activities, process improvement activities, and manufacturing line validation activities
- Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area
- Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies
- Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications
- Lead the innovation, development, and/or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations
- Relevant experience in process development deliverables (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Process characterization work and equipment development experience
- Target years of experience: 2 - 5 years

- Work location: Onsite in Minneapolis, MN
This role offers the opportunity to work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects and assignments. You will set objectives for your own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments, contributing to the completion of project milestones. This position requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. A Baccalaureate degree or equivalent is required.
