Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Overview

• Seeking a Process Engineer to support a manufacturing project from final design through startup and commissioning.
• Responsible for process development, equipment implementation, and operational readiness activities.
• Works closely with engineering, operations, quality, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Contributes to process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Food & Beverage (FMCG) industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process design activities, equipment specifications, and technical documentation during project planning.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment-related issues during project execution and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and operational goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven experience supporting capital projects from design, installation, and commissioning through startup.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
