Position Summary
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer supports process improvement activities that enhance product quality, production efficiency, and equipment performance within the fiber-optic cable manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assisting with data collection, evaluating production methods, supporting equipment setups, and participating in troubleshooting efforts. The position involves working closely with senior engineers and production teams to implement process adjustments, support new product trials, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
