Process Engineer

Process Engineer – Industrial Equipment (AutoCAD Plant 3D Focus) We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting industrial equipment projects. This role is heavily focused on creating and maintaining P&ID drawings using AutoCAD Plant 3D, along with supporting process design, documentation, and equipment sizing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain P&ID drawings using AutoCAD Plant 3D throughout the full project lifecycle Review sales documentation to confirm process calculations and equipment sizing Collaborate with project teams on equipment and instrumentation selection Prepare project documentation including: Data Sheets Functional Descriptions Utility Consumption Lists Participate in project meetings and provide engineering input as needed Assist in developing department standards, procedures, and sizing tools Support new product development and design efforts Required Qualifications: Bachelorâ€s degree in Chemical Engineering 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer on industrial projects Strong experience creating P&ID drawings Proficiency with AutoCAD Plant 3D Preferred: Experience with process calculations and equipment sizing Background in industrial heating systems, process equipment, or similar environments This is a great opportunity to join a team that handles engineering, design, and fabrication in-house, offering exposure to full project lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.
