Lead impactful automation and process improvement initiatives

Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
Evaluate, specify, procure, and implement new manufacturing equipment and automation technologies.
Drive OEE improvements through process controls, SPC, training programs, error-proofing methods, and reduced changeover times.
Support new product introductions and ensure smooth transitions into full-scale manufacturing.
Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing and quality issues.
Support validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for new equipment and processes.
Develop and maintain process monitoring systems, performance reporting tools, and engineering documentation.
Improve preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through implementation.
Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
1-4 years of experience for Process Engineer level or 5+ years for Senior Process Engineer level.
Experience supporting manufacturing process improvements in a production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatics, electrical controls, and PLC systems.
Project management experience leading technical initiatives.
Experience with automation systems, vision systems, industrial networking, or data collection technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ISO 13485, cGMP, or regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
