The Process Engineer position is based in Napoleon, Ohio, at a brownfield plant startup producing final assembly for Ford Bronco and Ranger vehicles.
- Manage procurement and assembly processes for prototype and production axle and driveshaft components to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quality and data requirements, serve as liaison between departments, and procure necessary tooling.
- Utilize MRP systems for purchase and build requirements, interpret blueprints and specifications, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, strong communication skills, knowledge of GD&T, and familiarity with MRP systems and drivelines preferred. Must meet physical requirements and be willing to work extra hours as needed.
