This position is based in Napoleon, Ohio, at a new plant startup for final assembly of Ford Bronco and Ranger vehicles.
It involves managing procurement and assembly of prototype and production axle and driveshaft components, ensuring timely delivery.
The role includes coordinating with suppliers, communicating quality and data requirements, interpreting blueprints and specifications, and supporting tooling procurement.
Responsibilities also encompass using MRP systems, supporting 5S and process improvement initiatives, and working closely with various departments.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of GD&T, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of drivelines and MRP systems is preferred. Flexibility to work extra hours and meet physical requirements is necessary.
