Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent and a minimum 5+ years experience in a PCB production environment (CM) preferred. AS or above preferred but not required.
SMT Placement equipment knowledge is required, Mydata experience is preferred.
AOI programming is required. Familiarity with bench top Systems such as N-Spec and Mirtec is preferred.
In depth knowledge of PCB programming software is required, CircuitCam is preferred.
Knowledge of IPC 610 and ISO 9001-2015 Standards is helpful
Familiarity with FAI Documentation including Bubble Drawings is helpful
AOI Programming
Review customer documentation and generate an internal process labor router specific to the operations needed to be used during assembly.
Release new and repeat order documentation including document packages to the production floor for assembly.
Maintain Document Control for Electronic Data including Gerber Files, Customer Documentation, Cam Data, Revision levels, ECO's, active and archived engineering documents, etc.
Assist Sales on Labor Quotes in an efficient time frame
Review PCB manufacturing processes with efforts towards continuous improvement to decrease potential defects and improve efficiency.
Support QA Management in Document Controls as well as provide floor support with Production Management and Production Employees in a team environment
Communicate with customers as needed
Strong Computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to the following in a Contract Manufacturing PCB Assembly environment:
Develop and create documentation of assembly methods and techniques for Electronic Assemblies
Program new assemblies using Aegis CircuitCam Software to create Color Coded Drawings and programs for a Mydata pick and place machine and other Pick and Place Equipment using Aegis Alcad software as well as other software programs using customer supplied electronic files. Familiarity with programming Quad Pick and Place Machines is also helpful.
