Process Engineer /Process manager with ERP experience
Location: Remote


Duration : ~12 months (possibility for extension or conversion if near a people center)
Interview : 2 rounds of interviews
Team: Finance Risk Management (FRM)
Team Size: 5-6 process engineers supporting 5 various towers within the finance org (treasury, accounting, controllers, etc.)

Must Have:

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• swim lane process maps, critical-to-quality trees, performance metrics, control plans, RACI roles/responsibilities
• Lean six sigma DMAIC methodology

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in process management, improvement, or design
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• At least 2 years of experience in risk management (compliance, legal, audit, business risk office, credit risk management, or finance)

Preferred qualifications:

• Process excellence certifications (lean, business process management, six sigma green belt or black belt)
• Experience in process design relative to large, complex projects that cut across organizational boundaries and include both technology and business aspects
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Experience defining, measuring, and improving Financial processes, especially those supporting accounting, capital markets and other financial functions
• Ability to work independently; flexible to change in a fast-paced environment that requires the balancing of competing priorities

• Process Engineering visio, drio (mapping tools) why one vs. the other
• Finance risk management (FRM) team strong background in risk management or finance
• Had an opportunity to execute operational excellence
• Lean Six Sigma structured problem solving
• Controls
• Experience with controls and process optimization
• Not task specific, work in ambiguous environments
• Root cause analysis
• Effective communication what method, tools, or process do you use to make sure you do that and are you dynamic in your approach

• Process Engineer Team will be working with Product working with business processes stakeholders are the business (driving innovation through the finance tools)
