You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.How you will contributeYou will:Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMSFacilitate root‑cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gapsEstablish new work standards to sustain improvementTrain and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activitiesWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:CI and high-performance work systems experienceStrong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activitiesApplication of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environmentAbility to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systemsMastery of Excel and other data analytics toolsOrganized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS processLogical and structured thinking to extract insights from dataEducation / CertificationsHigh School Diploma (Required), Bachelor's Degree Preferred.Job specific requirementsHigh School Diploma (required), Bachelor's preferredCI and high-performance work systems experience.Ability to work with data analysis MS Office (Access, Advanced Excel / Macro), BI Tools (Tableu, Power BI) (Mandatory)Detail oriented and good communication abilities and team player.Strong analytical or problem‑solving skills.Experience in Operational Excellence deploying Lean, Six Sigma, and/or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies (preferred)Good knowledge of SAP, Power Apps (preferred)Enthusiastic about new Technologies, Industry 4.0Ability to work on multi‑functional teamsWork scheduleMonday - Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)Salary and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
