We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionRepair Process EngineerBS Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Electrical, Mechanical preferred) 2-4 years' experience in engineering discipline (manufacturing preferred)Responsibilities:Identify sub-assemblies to be repaired – Data analysis to identify opportunity – Root cause / failure mode identification – Feasibility of repair process: cost / benefit analysis – Heavy interaction with R&D and Field ServiceDevelop repair process with internal resources and/or external suppliersDevelop work instructions & execute the Change process – Develop Change Plan, Engineering Change Orders, system setup, BOM work instructions & process validationCreate requalification / subassembly test processLaunch of repaired parts – Reverse logistics established – Communications to field and suppliersWork with Regional Field Service to establish reverse logistics processCreate repair processes for new equipment in the R&D pipelineConsolidate warranty recovery with external manufacturersCollaborate with Field Service, Manufacturing & Spare Part Supply Chain
