Physical demands include sitting, standing, climbing, and repetitive motions, with occasional shop floor exposure requiring PPE.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred candidates holding a degree in engineering or related experience. Strong computer, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Experience with ERP, CAD, and technical drawings is required. The environment is primarily office-based with some manufacturing exposure.
