Zipline's delivery fleet depends on technicians performing maintenance safely, consistently, and efficiently across diverse operating environments. As a Process Engineer, you will turn engineering intent into validated service workflows that protect fleet health and support reliable operations.
You will own maintenance processes from design and field validation through controlled documentation, performance measurement, and improvement. Your work will connect hardware engineering, reliability, tooling, data, training, and field operations to improve maintenance quality, repeatability, technician adoption, and efficiency.
What You'll DoThe starting salary for this role is $160,000 - $170,000.
