We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to support powder processing and manufacturing operations within a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will provide technical support for manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot process issues, lead improvement initiatives, and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for powder processing and manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues to ensure safe and reliable operations
• Lead capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Specify and support implementation of new manufacturing equipment
• Identify automation opportunities to improve production performance and capacity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain quality and process standards
• Apply statistical process methods and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 1–2 years of related engineering or manufacturing experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
