We’re partnering with a highly specialized compound semiconductor manufacturer that is adding a Process Engineer to its FAB engineering team.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day sitting in meetings.

You’ll have real ownership.

The person hired will become a process and tool owner, working hands-on with ICP/RIE plasma dry etch processes and taking responsibility for process performance, equipment health, production readiness, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.

And importantly: you do not need to have 10 years of experience.

We are open to early-career engineers and even strong recent graduates who have meaningful semiconductor, clean-room, laboratory, or technical project experience and want to build a career in semiconductor manufacturing.

Ideal backgrounds may include:

Engineering | Physics | Chemistry | Materials | Semiconductor Manufacturing | Process Engineering | Product Engineering | Test Engineering

Experience with ICP/RIE, plasma etch, SiC, Si, GaN, InP, GaAs, JMP, Python, DOE, FMEA, or SPC is particularly relevant.
