What you will Own
· Process engineering ownership across the full project lifecycle
Concept development (FEL‑0 / FEL‑1), scope definition (FEL‑2), FEED (FEL‑3), detailed design, commissioning, and startup support
· Technology scale‑up & translation
Work closely with technology and commercial teams to convert Nexus technology into executable process designs and licensor‑grade process packages
· Process scope definition & integrity
Develop and own:
o Process design basis
o Mass & energy balances
o PFDs and P&IDs
o Process simulations and operating envelopes
o Equipment process datasheets and design criteria
· Licensing & EPC interface
Support development of technology packages for external customers; act as the process authority interfacing with EPC contractors and partners
· Process safety & operability
Lead and participate in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, relief system design, and operability reviews from early project stages
· Team & capability building
Establish process engineering workflows, standards, and best practices; mentor and grow future process engineers
· Cross‑functional collaboration
Work seamlessly with controls, mechanical, piping, CSA, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and commercial teams

· Clear, executable process scopes with minimal rework downstream
· Smooth transitions from FEL FEED EPC
· Strong EPC alignment and reduced technical risk
· Successful plant startups with fewer surprises
