About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading global aerospace and defense manufacturer to hire a Process Engineering Supervisor for their largest U.S. printed circuit board facility in Minnetonka, MN.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional or a senior/lead engineer ready to step into a leadership role. In this position, you’ll lead a team, drive process improvements, and support high-performance manufacturing in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop a team of employees across process engineering and chemical lab functions
Support and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, compliance, and efficiency
Develop and maintain process control plans, SOPs, and documentation
Collaborate with production teams to resolve real-time manufacturing challenges
Utilize statistical analysis and lean principles to drive continuous improvement and increase yields

What You Need to Bring:

5+ years of manufacturing experience with a strong background in process improvement
Proven leadership or team lead experience with the ability to mentor and develop others
Strong problem-solving skills with experience using statistical process control tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) #metrocareers
