Responsibilities:

  • Support process engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust production processes, parameters, and equipment to meet specifications
  • Collect, analyze, and document process data (cycle times, scrap, yield, downtime, etc.)
  • Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and visual standards
  • Perform time studies, capability studies, and basic statistical analysis
  • Support equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on the production floor

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training in engineering, manufacturing technology, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment
  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/MES systems

65,000 - 75,000 Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
