This role involves operating and maintaining semiconductor processing equipment, executing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting engineers in process optimization and new product development initiatives.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cleanroom, laboratory, semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical environment and be comfortable following detailed procedures while supporting process development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform technical tests, experiments, and process evaluations to support engineering and development activities.Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain semiconductor process and metrology equipment.Execute process runs, engineering experiments, and product qualification activities.Collect, analyze, and document process data, measurements, and experimental results.Prepare records, charts, graphs, and reports for engineering review.Support engineers with process development, troubleshooting, and yield improvement activities.Monitor process conditions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Assist with wafer handling, sample preparation, and data collection activities.Provide technical support and guidance regarding process procedures and equipment operation.Follow established safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards.Required QualificationsAssociate degree, technical diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.2–4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory operations, cleanroom environments, electronics, chemistry, physics, materials science, engineering technology, or related fields.Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely in a technical environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document results.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work assigned shift schedules and support operational requirements.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE and cleanroom garments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment.Experience operating PECVD, PVD, deposition, etch, or related semiconductor process tools.Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.Experience supporting process engineering, R&D, or product development activities.Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting process data.Key SkillsSemiconductor Manufacturing, Process Development, Process Engineering Support, Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE), PECVD, PVD, Thin Film Processing, Process Optimization, Yield Improvement, Data Collection, Experimental Testing, Cleanroom Operations, Equipment Operation, Process Troubleshooting, Metrology, Statistical Analysis, Documentation, Excel, Laboratory Testing, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Support.Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Pride Global and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
