    The Opportunity

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Support development of risk assessments, work instructions, and process documentation

    • Participate in kaizen events to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

    • Assist with lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and visual management

    • Provide tooling and fixture support for assembly processes

    • Help maintain machine uptime and preventive maintenance

    • Prepare EHS and process reports for plant leadership

    • Troubleshoot routine engineering issues and support complex problem-solving

    • Use software tools to analyze data and support engineering operations

    • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

    Your Background

    • Associate degree in engineering or related field

    • Up to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and accomplishments

    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices

    • Experience with technical documentation and process control

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
