Join PPG in Oak Creek, WI as a Process Equipment Reliability Mechanic

Are you the go-to fixer for complex electro-mechanical systems? Do you thrive in a chemical plant environment where safety and precision matter?

What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across reactors, mills, mixers, HVAC, and facility utilities.
• Install and commission equipment; execute scheduled PMs; complete assigned work orders.
• Follow site SOPs, lockout/tagout, and all safety protocols without exception.
• Drive root cause analysis and put long-term corrective actions in place to prevent repeat failures.

What you bring

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs during the shift.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred.
• Willingness to take on any assignment and work overtime when needed.
• Clean-shaven to ensure proper PPE seal and fit.
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Comfort working in a chemical manufacturing facility.
