Your role as a Process Improvement/Automation Engineer:- Map workflows, document current and future-state processes, and recommend practical improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and support business operations.
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain automation scripts, reports, dashboards, and system integrations that support engineering, sales, production, purchasing, inventory, and customer service functions.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, recurring errors, and opportunities for improved reporting, standardization, and decision-making.
- Partner with department managers and end users to define requirements, prioritize automation projects, validate solutions, and train employees on new or revised processes.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for automated tools, process changes, user instructions, technical specifications, and support procedures.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, including coding using Python.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present on technical subjects with ease.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including databases, reporting tools, etc. as well as the use of AI tools (CoPilot) and APIs.
