Process improvement technician

Join a leading manufacturer in Largo for a 2-month project assignment supporting production efficiency and process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will monitor production workstations, track cycle times and downtime, document production issues, and enter data into Microsoft Excel. Youwill work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve workflow and reduce production interruptions.

The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, is proficient in Microsoft Excel, and has strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working on the production floor, accurately collecting production data, and communicating findings with the team. Experience in manufacturing support, quality, production reporting, continuous improvement, or process improvement is highly preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, solving problems, and using data to improve production performance.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working on the production floor throughout the shift
