Process Lead Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Lead Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Schenectady, New York. This role is integral to driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless execution of production processes. If you are passionate about continuous improvement and have a strong background in manufacturing, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine standard processes for centerline management and rapid changeovers to ensure effective operational execution.
  • Work closely with production planners to enhance scheduling efficiency and manage grade changes successfully.
  • Analyze production and quality data to identify root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and coaching to operators on best practices to improve efficiency and product consistency.
  • Support Continuous Improvement, Autonomous Asset Management, and Quality Pillars initiatives actively.
  • Oversee the documentation process, including the development, updating, and organization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of project leadership experience with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • A college diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven track record in coaching and mentoring teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and autonomous with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI is required.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is a must.
  • Expert knowledge of Lean Production System principles.
