Job Title: Agile Portfolio Process Manager (Clarity PPM)
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Type: Contract
Pay Range: $50/hr-$60/hr on W2
 
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to support governance and operational processes across the Operations & Technology (O&T) portfolio. This role will focus on optimizing portfolio management tools, improving Agile delivery processes, and enhancing reporting and automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert for Clarity PPM, while supporting Agile teams and ensuring adherence to governance standards across project and product initiatives.
This role requires strong experience in Agile methodologies, portfolio governance, reporting automation, and enterprise collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and SharePoint.


Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance & Process Management
  • Support governance of Agile product and project teams across the technology portfolio.
  • Maintain and improve processes related to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
  • Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards across project delivery.
Tool Administration & Optimization
  • Serve as a Clarity PPM subject matter expert and support integration with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Maintain and optimize project and portfolio management tools including Clarity, SharePoint Online, Miro, and Power Automate.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows.
Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Develop and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reporting.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and create dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Support portfolio reviews, capacity planning, and demand management.
Agile Transformation Support
  • Partner with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to improve metrics, reporting, and Agile practices.
  • Support Agile adoption and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain documentation repositories within SharePoint Online for audit, risk, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage document retention policies and ensure records are maintained according to governance standards.
Training & Collaboration
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on tools, reporting, and governance processes.
  • Work closely with PMO, product teams, and leadership to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 5+ years of Agile experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence
  • 5+ years of experience with Clarity PPM or similar portfolio management tools
  • Experience managing technology projects or portfolios, preferably within financial services
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in process improvement and governance frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PMO governance within technology organizations
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience with Tableau, Visio, or similar visualization tools
  • Familiarity with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements in financial services environments
