We are seeking a strong Process Manager leader with deep expertise in diaper manufacturing and mechanical troubleshooting to oversee the design, optimization, and automation of our production processes. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive technical operations roadmaps, and build tech-enabled workflows that maximize efficiency, scale, and product quality.
Process Design & Automation: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing workflows, using tech and automated systems to eliminate manual bottlenecks and scale operations for new product launches.
Mechanical & Operational Leadership: Lead technical teams on the shop floor, using strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose machine issues, resolve escalations, and improve line performance.
Strategy & Data Analysis: Own the technical operations roadmap, leveraging process data to independently guide strategy, identify risks, and address ecosystem gaps.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with engineers, analysts, and plant teams to solve operational issues, delivering root-cause insights, tooling improvements, and staff training.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, drive change, and manage cross-functional projects.
Industry Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with high-speed diaper/absorbent hygiene manufacturing processes and converting equipment.
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities combined with experience in process engineering, data analysis, and workflow automation.
