Location: Lebanon, Indiana
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Process Manufacturing Engineer with strong process expertise to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide process engineering support in a manufacturing environment
- Train and mentor teams on process-related activities
- Review and support process specifications and FMEAs
- Analyze and discuss critical process parameters and Cpk/process capability
- Develop and maintain technical and manufacturing documentation
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on manufacturing process engineering experience
- Expertise in process specifications, FMEA, and process capability analysis
- Ability to support training and mentoring activities
- Strong technical documentation skills
Preferred:
- SME-level experience is highly preferred
