Your mission

Own the process: operate equipment, follow the playbook, and make quality your signature.

How you will contribute

• Operate and continuously monitor manufacturing and processing machines.
• Execute step‑by‑step work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Load inputs and remove parts and materials from equipment as needed.
• Watch set points and process conditions; flag and report abnormalities.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections with basic measuring tools.
• Detect defects or process problems and notify the appropriate supervisor or technician.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Partner closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

What you need to succeed

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to run industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
• Consistent, reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
