Rotating Schedule: 8 PM - 8 AM

Must be able to train on the 1st shift (Monday - Friday) for 2 weeks

Job Duties

• Lead and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring seamless shift transitions, adherence to production schedules, and achievement of quality, efficiency, and waste-reduction goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production, equipment, and personnel issues, serving as the primary technical resource for the production line and driving continuous operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards, proactively identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
• Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and compliance reports, documenting operational deviations, corrective actions, and performance metrics to support audit readiness and process accountability.
• Foster effective communication, teamwork, and employee development, collaborating with supervisors, cross-functional teams, and management to support workforce training, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Support workforce continuity and plant housekeeping initiatives, providing production coverage as needed, maintaining organized work areas, and promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and manufacturing best practices.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• Preferrably 2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to read and write in English.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do

As a Process Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Process Operator supports successful manufacturing operations through dependable production work, quality awareness, and teamwork. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe manufacturing environments.
