    Who We Are Looking For

    Xylem is seeking hands-on, detail-oriented individuals who are interested in manufacturing, production, and water treatment operations. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, material handling, membrane processing, or industrial environments are encouraged to apply. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

    The Role

    The Process Operator is responsible for supporting membrane processing operations by cleaning, testing, preparing, and transporting membrane products to meet production and customer requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform membrane cleaning, testing, and preparation in accordance with established procedures.
    • Inspect membrane products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
    • Prepare materials for shipment and transportation to various Xylem branches and customer locations.
    • Safely operate equipment and tools required for membrane processing and material handling.
    • Maintain accurate production and inventory records as needed.
    • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
    • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and operational goals.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

    Compensation & Benefits
