The Process Operator is responsible for supporting membrane processing operations by cleaning, testing, preparing, and transporting membrane products to meet production and customer requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform membrane cleaning, testing, and preparation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Inspect membrane products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Prepare materials for shipment and transportation to various Xylem branches and customer locations.
  • Safely operate equipment and tools required for membrane processing and material handling.
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records as needed.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
