Process Operator

We are seeking a dependable Process Operator to support manufacturing operations in a high-tech production environment. This position involves operating production equipment, following established procedures, monitoring processes, and performing quality checks to ensure fuel cell components are produced safely and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and processing equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Load and unload materials and components from production equipment.
• Monitor equipment settings and process conditions and report abnormalities.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections using basic measuring tools.
• Identify defects or process issues and notify the appropriate supervisor or technician.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
