The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and driving results through continuous improvement initiatives. Must have practical experience with high-temperature materials, manufacturing equipment, and shop tools, actively supporting and optimizing production processes, managing engineering projects from concept to completion, and collaborating across teams.
