Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Quality Engineer role based in Camarillo, CA. The Process Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring and improving manufacturing and process quality for advanced imaging and semiconductor-related products. Daily activities include developing and maintaining quality procedures, analyzing production data, conducting root cause investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and to support continuous improvement initiatives. The Process Quality Engineer will prepare quality documentation, support internal and external audits, and help drive product reliability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Product Quality to monitor, evaluate, and improve manufacturing outcomes.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret process data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis and problem-solving.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance to develop procedures, maintain standards, and support audits and compliance activities.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, imaging, or advanced materials environments.
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, and to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and present recommendations clearly.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
