Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.Position Title: Process Reliability ExpeditorLocation: Assembly Drive, Rockford, IL 61109Shift: 3rd ShiftExpedite equipment, tooling, parts, supplies, and documentation to operations while maintaining accurate inventory in the CMMS system.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.+ ​​Stage and inspect all Toolingfor deliveryand pickup as requested byPRTs.​+ ​​Pick upanddeliverall carts, parts,andhardware needed byPRTs.​+ ​​Work withtheEngineering Department toidentifyand enter new tooling/parts/locationsintheCMMS system. Work with Engineers on updatingtheBill of Materials.​+ ​​Assemble/repair/engrave tooling and equipment.​+ ​​Deliver Tool Crib parts as needed.​+ ​​Work with Maintenance personnel/Supervisors to resolve jacket or Tooling issues.​+ ​​CreatePOsfor Tooling replacement as needed.​+ ​​Perform cycle counts of Tooling.​+ ​​Transfer all Tooling tothecorrect location intheCMMS system​+ This positionmayrequireovertime and/orweekend work.+ Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures,andrules.+ Attendancetowork is an essential function of this position.+ Performs otherduties asassigned by Manager/Supervisor.**Work Environment:** The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
