Job Purpose
This position is responsible for executing the Process Safety Management programs for OXEA's Bay City and Bishop Plants. This position ensures the sites comply with the OSHA Process Safety Management and the EPA Risk Management Program standards. This position leads or assists PHAs and HAZOPs, acts as the MOC/MOOC program administrator and conducts the process safety review for all appropriations requests. This position is also qualified to be a lead investigator for all levels of investigations. This position reports to the Process Safety Lead. The position will act in accordance with the Group's Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, and HSE standards.
