This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who not only brings deep technical expertise in process safety but also thrives on building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the strategic growth of our organization.Lead and facilitate hazard analysis techniques such as HAZOP, What-If, FTA and PHA.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.Develop and implement Safety Management Systems (SMS).Support emergency response planning and incident investigations.Perform safety audits and deliver training on process safety best practices.Business Development & Client EngagementActively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets.Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and client presentations.Represent Altamira at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our capabilities.Provide strategic input on service offerings and market expansion based on client needs and industry trends.Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals that align with client objectives.Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.5+ years of experience in Process Safety, including PHA/LOPA, PSM/RMP, consequence modeling and facility siting.Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or technical sales within the engineering or industrial services sector.Experience with PHAST modeling and compliance audits.Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; valid driver's license required.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving client challenges and growing business.Why Altamira?Altamira provides high-quality consulting, engineering and field services support to our valued clients.
