As a Private Process Server, you'll work independently to deliver foreclosure, civil, and litigation notices for law firms and financial institutions. This 1099 position offers weekly pay based on completed jobs.
Responsibilities include serving documents within assigned areas, managing cases via mobile apps, returning completed documents, planning routes, and maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications: Reliable, self-motivated, with strong organizational skills, comfortable working independently, using mobile technology, and valuing accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements: Tennessee residency near listed counties, availability 3-5 days/week including Saturdays, ability to complete 15-20 attempts daily, reliable transportation, access to a computer, printer, scanner, and flexible schedule.
Preferred experience: Private Investigators, Process Servers, Law Enforcement. Support provided includes a dedicated liaison, mailed case files, and remote work without in-person office visits.
